1. Delivery Times

From farm to fork. We do our best to get your real-food out to you as soon as possible. Given our relationship with small, local producers, processing time can take about 2-3 days, after which shipping depends on the final destination.

The order confirmation emailed to you at the time of purchase should specify an estimated date of arrival based on the shipping address. In general we observe about:

  • 1-3 business days for shipments to Italy
  • 3-5 business days for shipments to the EU
  • 5-7 business days for shipments to the US & Canada
  • 5-10 business days for shipments to Central & Latin America
  • 5-10 business days for shipments to Oceania
  • 5-10 business days for shipments to Asia

2. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the shipping address. Estimated shipping costs for a 5 kg package are about:

  • 12.5 Euro within Italy
  • 33 Euro within the EU
  • 45 Euro within the US & Canada
  • 63 Euro within Central & Latin America
  • 63 Euro within Oceania
  • 58 Euro within Asia

While not related to shipping charges, we want you to know that every country has its own import and export regulations. Nuraxi will honor the laws of your country and thus charge duty tax if/when required.

1. Return Policy

While we hope you love the flavor, benefits, and quality of our products as much as we do, we also understand that things happen. As such, unsatisfied customers can make an exchange or return request for unwanted, unopened items, in their original packaging and condition, but writing to [email protected] with the subject line: “Return Request”

In accordance with consumer rights, all exchanges or returns must be shipped within 14 days of their arrival date. Goods must also be returned unopened, unused, in original condition. All items must be returned with all of the tickets, wrapping, packaging, and labels with which they were received, all of which must be absent of wear, abrasion, scratching, or deformation.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly from nuraxilife.com

2. How do I return a product?

Simply follow these steps to make a return within 14 days of its delivery to you:

  1. Send an exchange or return request to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request"
  2. While your request is being processed, print and fill in the below "return form" with your order number and email address. Specify the item(s) you are returning.
  3. Box the unopened item(s) you are returning within their original packaging, including all labels and tags. In accordance with out return policy for foods and beverages, all items must be in their original conditions, unopened, unscratched, and undamaged.
  4. Place the return form inside the box with the items, and remove the original shipment form from the outside of the box.
  5. Take the package and pay for shipping at the post office or courier of your choice within 14 days of having received it. We highly suggest that you request a delivery receipt.

 Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that their condition is aligned with our policy, we will refund you on the same payment method used for purchase.

Shipping costs, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable and covered by the consumer and/or returner. However you may be able to recover some of these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Nuraxi will refund the full amount of the items being returned that are in original condition and packaging.
